Abstract :
The possibilities for improvement in reliability of multielement thermopiles with redundancy of their legs by resistive elements were studied. The results of development of particularly reliable microthermopiles for thermal generators with radioisotopic heat source are presented. The characteristics of microthermopiles are given.
