  • Abstract
The results of computer investigation into mechanical stresses arising in thermoelectric cooling modules under cyclic conditions are given. A method of ultrasonic investigation was used to determine the tensor of elastic constants of Bi2Te3 based material. The limits of elastic and plastic deformation in these materials were found. Computer design programs were created aimed at improving cyclic stability. The methods for cyclic tests of modules were developed. Experimental investigations into optimized in cyclic stability modules were performed. The test results have confirmed the manufacture of modules of particularly high cyclic stability.
