Abstract :
Face the energy crisis in the world, it is important to improve the utilization efficiency of the energy conversion. The evaporation characteristic of the falling film outside heat pipe in the vacuum as a good evaporation method was studied in the paper. The negative pressure falling film evaporation on the horizontal heat pipe experiment set was constructed. The impacts of the spray water load, spray water temperature, the wall temperature of the heat pipe, the vacuum on the falling-film evaporation were analyzed on the base of the experiment. Results of this study showed that the vacuum was favorable for improving evaporation efficiency. It could be used in the electric power, chemical plant and etc. fields to save energy.
