  • Abstract
The bandwidth/accuracy tradeoff in switched-current circuits is studied. The current track-and-hold, the building block of the switched-current integrator, is analyzed. Using this analysis, characteristics curves are developed that allow visualizing the effects of changing device size, bias current and clock voltage swing on the T/H bandwidth and accuracy
