Title :
A new approach to clear-air interference propagation modelling

Abstract :
A new model has been developed for clear-air microwave interference prediction. Testing of the model against European COST 210 project measured data shows typical predictions to be within 5-10 dB, and no evidence of the 20-30 dB errors and discontinuities that arose through use of the earlier models. All of the identified failure mechanisms within the CCIR models have been overcome
