Abstract :
To realize the high control efficiency and the low energy consumption for the present drying oven control on the condition of a great number of complex control parameters and the single control method, this paper presented a drying oven control method on the extension control. First the drying oven basic element model was built including the control features. Secondly, the correlation calculation among the various features was applied. Then the extension controller was generated after the extension extraction and transformation. At last the extension reasoning would help to multi-variable coupled control in the subsystem. After the extension control algorithm, using MATLAB simulation platform, the drying oven control system owns characteristics of the rapid response speed, the short regulate time, the mini stabilization deviation and the small overshoot, which efficiently improves the dynamic and the static property of the system.
