Abstract :
This paper introduces an efficient March test algorithm of complexity 488N (N is the number of memory words) for detection of dynamic faults from the class Sav. This class is the subclass of all two-operation dynamic functional fault models that are sensitized by means of applying two consecutive operations, the first one applied on the aggressor cell and the second operation applied on the victim cell.
