Abstract
The existing feedback mechanisms for RTP/RTCP have been represented. Their features, benefits and shortcomings have been considered. Several improvement tasks for RTCP feedback have been formulated. They include adding of extra information about regression coefficients into summarization reports, which allow to define bottlenecks and to avoid congestions in the network with the real-time traffic. The mathematical apparatus of DOE is proposed for calculating this information.
