Abstract :
A new-type portable resistance strain gage with ZigBee technology is presented. C8051F350 with an 8-channel,24-Bit ADC is the core of system, which has high cost effectiveness. By using the amplifier, micro-voltage signals are amplified and filtered. Micro-strain data is acquired and transmitted by C8051F350. Measurement data of multi-point and multi-dimensional are transferred successfully to PC through wireless ZigBee module, using Visual Basic software to display and process data in real time. This system has advantages such as simple to work with, compact structure, high data acquisition precision, strong anti-interference ability, and stability.
