Abstract :
In China, abrupt geological hazards are very serious problem. Wireless sensors networks have been recognized as one of the most important technologies for this century. This research focuses on a system design of wireless sensors network for abrupt geological hazards monitoring. The purpose of our research is to construct the system architecture, hardware and software framework and evaluate reliability and network lifetime. Also, we provide a solution to design a real-time abrupt geological hazards monitoring system based on wireless sensors network and meet the goal of real-time work, satisfactory reliability and relatively long network.
