  • Abstract
Mathematical analyses and especially digital computer simulations are now able to assist in investigations of the mechanisms of neurostimulation. Theoretical models have progressed beyond the academically idealised, and confidence is being gained in the ability of these methods to produce realistic results, even in the clinical context
