Abstract :
The PBC(passivity-based control) gives desirable control results in the control of DC-to-DC converters. The SMC(sliding mode control) has good robustness properties for the disturbance with known bounds. A new dynamical feedback controller which adds robustness to PBC(passivity-based control) using SMC(sliding mode control) is derived for DC-to-DC power converters. This means that the PBC and the SMC are combined for robustness in the DC-to-DC converters.
