This paper analyzes the present situations and existing problems in the professional training plan on application-oriented university, combining author\´s teaching experiences and the enterprise careers with the software engineering training schemes for research object. We put forward a kind of reform ideas in order to explore operable and effective various vector activities and methods which the entire process teaching organization carrier is the student virtual team, faced by project-oriented, characteristic core curriculum as the foundation, Vocational competence training for the target. This method can crack some problems that exist in the education field engineering capability, and form an effective mode of engineering specialty education training about. Through the "software engineering training scheme" practice exploration in our institute fully proves that this is a very effective way to other professional reform, also has the very advantage reference value.
