Abstract :
Status quo model is a graphic model to help complete strategic conflict analysis, which display the players´ moving path on different states. In this paper, a deep analysis about states transition path is studied, using Markov chain and conflict resolution technique. The concept of virtual player is introduced whose transition probability matrix is derived from individual player in conflict system. The average transition path is calculated to measure the cost for conflict resolution. Finally, a case study of public resource management strategy conflict is carried out to verify the proposed analysis approach.
