  • Abstract
The computing precision of parameters for cold rolling influences the quality of steel strip heavily. Based on the rolling force model, rollers gap model and the model for radius of bend roll, the frame of all models above was built stimulating the real computer system in office excel. First adjusting the distortion force parameters and then adjusting the parameters of friction coefficient, it made the adaptive coefficient of rolling force equaling to 1.0. Also the rolling force formula was used to deduct friction coefficient model backward. With the real data collected and the debugging tool, the parameters of distortion force and friction coefficient were computed for various steel strips, the results were be used to afford the important reference data for real rolling parameters to the aim of improving the quality of cold rolling strip.
