After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

One of the key features in the economics of professional team sports is that product is positive related to the uncertainty of outcome, which depends on the competitive balance in a league. There are some variances such as Standard Deviation, Competitive Balance Ratio and HHI to evaluate competitive balance, which might be influenced by some institutional innovation included rookie draft, salary cap, revenue sharing and luxury taxes.
