Abstract
The author describes all the functions of the Am286ZX integrated processor and shows how to design a PC-AT motherboard using the Am286ZX integrated processor. The Am286ZX integrates the 80C286 CPU along with all the other logic functions into one piece of silicon, which makes the Am286ZX a PC-AT motherboard on a chip.<>
