Abstract
An antenna structure may be conveniently fabricated using a corrugated dielectric waveguide. A dielectric corrugated antenna has been designed and phase constants computed. By computing phase and decay constants for various corrugation thickness, corrugation period, and corrugation height, the radiation pattern can be plotted. The trapped corrugated antenna can have many useful applications. It can be used in the RF front of a radar, and beam scanning is possible. The antenna can provide high gain
