Abstract :
In order to overcome the limitations of AHP and linear weighted sum method for evaluation of warship demonstration schemes, a method combing grid-fuzzy borda number and identical degree of set pair is proposed. Grid-fuzzy borda number is used to calculate the weighs of the evaluation criteria and identical degree of set pair is employed to rank the feasible alternatives. By the provided method, weights reflect and centralize various opinions of experts in different fields. In addition, independence of indexes is not required. A case study shows that the approach is comprehensible and reasonable, and convenient to practical application.
