Abstract :
This paper presents a planning agent proposal for Web services composition in which a service composition plan is constructed in an incremental way, which can be executed in a concurrent way during its composition with the purpose of facing three problems associated to this process, such as: partial observation of the environment, restrictions on time which system can use to deliberate before acting, and highly dynamic behavior which Web presents.
