Abstract
The increasing evolution of digital communication trough the Internet provides many benefits, but also numberless problems to the web designers, related to the interaction between the users and interfaces. The paper approaches the problematic of disqualification of the professionals, as well as the lack of an efficient new methodology capable of manipulating the concepts of ergonomic and graphic design, focusing the relation among the distinct interests of the clients and users prioritizing the specific knowledge needed for the process of creation and development of interfaces with a high degree of usability.
