Modern Approach of Information Society to Knowledge Work Environment for Management

Conceptual foundation for collaborative knowledge-intensive work is considered in this paper. Also a state-of-the-art realization of knowledge work environment is described in details of applied tools and technology, and practical experiences of using the solution in business management applications are reported. Purpose of the described approach is to improve internal and external interactive communication and social knowledge building within organizations. In this way remarkable improvement may be provided for the current problems of group-work practices and ICT applications.
