Abstract :
A description is presented of the potential applications of CDOT 128P/256P PBX in the emerging area of private networks called corporate networks. The authors show how a digital PBX, viewed to date as an intraoffice communication device, can be used for wide area interpremises networking. An outline is also presented of the major benefits of using private networks
