After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Certain three freedom motion system for aerofoil fatigue experiment is presented. Multi-body theory is introduced to deduce the kinematics, where involve the stroke of cylinder and the aerofoil distortion. Dynamics is then done to calculate the force of cylinder for giving the correct element choice. These things can help designer to find effective structure and applied stylebook in the later studies.
