The preparation of employment including the re-employment target selection, psychological preparation, knowledge and skills preparation. For understanding the heavy competitive athletes to prepare the re-employment status of professional athletes. The researching concluded a literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, etc. It´s found that heavy Competitive athletics did´ t have a good job without the preparation of knowledge and technology at 72.9%,social relations are very bad for 52.7% of the total number, as the vast majority from Rural athletes who don´t have confidence that the total number of 30.2% on the field of re-employment. It´s clearly the analysis of Heavy Competitive athletes´ preparation for re-employment preparation condition is anxious, Meanwhile athletes again obtain employment social relations, parents´ professional and the employment psychological preparation and social relation are Interrelated.
