Research on performance evaluation of product R&D in enterprise

Under the trend of economic globalization, competition between enterprises gets more and more sever. It becomes a common understanding Chinese enterprises that the core competitive competence lays on the constantly extent investment on R&D process. However, the development of product R&D often come with some obvious shortages, such as high failure rate and high cost that the product R&D process takes on. With the aim of avoiding risks, improving profits, it is necessary to strengthen the effective management during product R&D. Therefore this paper constructs the index system of performance evaluation of product R&D and put forwards some measures on the technological management, the organization management, the venture management and the quality management in product R&D process.
