Financial Evaluation of Real Estate Corporate Social Responsibility

As one of the economic supporting industries, Chinese economy has been greatly booming, real estate has been paid more attention by society, and also become an important research object. Real estate has close connection with many other industries in China. After China´s entering the WTO, foreign real estate companies also entered Chinese market, which may exert great challenges to our local company. Hence, we need to have a clear definition of current situation through analyses, during which we can find problems and fix them. Now, the matter of promoting a ´responsible property´ concept and strengthening corporate social responsibility is of great significance for solving the housing problems in the property market.
