Abstract
The Remote on-line Management System of Siban Gigabyte motherboard was designed, On the foundation of manual management, the On-line inquiry function, the electronic administration sheet function and the overtime storage reminds function were added. Practice proved that the time of customer´s withdraw became more reasonable, the efficiency of service´s rework was raised greatly. Both sides are satisfied with this system.
