  • Abstract
    The CCITT high-level programming language (CHILL) is a tool that helps to improve the quality of computer controlled telecommunication systems. The efforts of the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) to set up a CHILL environment to support its telecommunication software development are reported.
