Abstract
For the need of miniaturization and low cost of RF receiver, a novel concurrent dual-band receiver architecture with only one mixer is proposed. Regarding with the traditional architectures which need two or more mixers, it reduces the system complexity and the effect of mixer noise. In this paper, two ways to realize this architecture is analyzed in detail. The principle is proved by math formulas and the feasibility of the architecture is simulated and demonstrated in the Matlab.
