Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Combining with the facts in ethical universities, This paper analyses current situation of experimental teaching for economic and management specialty, proposes the reforming plans and measures from the aspects of experimental teaching reform ideas, teaching contents, construction of laboratory, method of inspection, teaching innovation and so on. Finally, this paper introduces the achievements of experimental teaching reform in South-Central University for Nationalities.
