Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Our educational system is going through a transformation period; some problems, such as post education employments and the gap between education and real societies trigger deep considerations among us who work in educational fields. Therefore, we explore and experiment new educational systems, methods, curriculum contents and the whole new solutions of cultivating the eligible undergraduates. We hope to help our students develop self discipline, learn self management and planning, until they find the path to fit into societies and achieve self value.
