Abstract
In this paper, an output feedback predictive control algorithm for networked control systems with time-varying time-delay is presented. Based on the Lyapunov method, the existence of the controller is given in terms of the nonlinear form. The cone complementary linearization idea is then employed to convert the controller design into a nonlinear programming problem with linear matrix inequalities constraints. Finally, the condition for the stability of closed-loop systems is given. The effectiveness of the proposed design methodology is verified by a numerical example.
