After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Aesthetic Psychological Quality Education (APQE) aims at students´ healthy development of psychological quality and personality optimization. The researchers worked out seven dimensions through the questionnaire - Survey of Aesthetic Psychological Quality Education Status which made by themselves: art creativity, emotional interaction, life comprehension, ecological consciousness, image teaching skill, practice of knowledge, empathic ability, which constitute the Assessment System of Aesthetic Psychological Quality Education.
