Abstract :
To enhance the response capacity to the fatal pollution events of river region, an emergency decision-making case base system based on Case-Based Reasoning (CBR)/ Rule-Based Reasoning Technology (RBR) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is developed. The fatal pollution events of river region during the past ten years are counted and analyzed from the perspectives of number and reasons. (i)The AHP is used to develop the pollution event of river region evaluation index system, (ii) The case standard model is given by frame knowledge representation, (iii) The efficiency of case-matching algorithm is increased by improving the Nearest Neighbor Search Algorithm and (iv) at last an emergency decision-making case base system is structured. Study shows that the design of the emergency decision-making case base system combining artificial intelligence (AI) technology CBR/RBR and AHP can significantly improve the timeliness of emergency decision-making to the fatal pollution event of river region.
