Selective attention is not an independent psychological process, but it starts the learning process and interacts with other psychological activities. As a result, it forms learners´ complex learning psychology; guides and controls the whole learning process; decides the following learning efficiency to a very large degree. Therefore, when making PE multimedia courseware, it is necessary to think of learners´ visual sense, auditory sense, sensation and cognition, which are factors forming the learning law. Courseware-making should accord with learners´ cognitive psychology and respect the law of selective attention. Based on this, some ways and requirements are put forward for making ideal PE multimedia courseware. It is expected to stimulate learners´ learning motivation, give full play to learners´ main role and improve learners´ learning efficiency.
