Based on a lot of literature studies, this article elaborates the inner meaning of Olympic culture and the significance of its transmission on college campus. Besides, in order to transmit Olympic culture on college campus, it explores some ways such as college PE teaching, organizing different sport competitions, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, displaying the role of modern media and constructing an ideal atmosphere for college sport culture, etc.
