purpose: to study the influence of middle school students´ sports attitudes and behaviors on the psychological health and discuss its function to the physical education teaching. Method: to carry on the sample investigation to the respective middle school students of Nanchang, mainly understand middle school students´ sports attitudes and behaviors situations and test middle school students´ psychological healthy situations by MHT. Result: the more active sports attitudes the students had, the less probability of psychological problems existed, the more exercises the students did, the better for the score of psychological healthy subscales. Conclusion: the sports attitudes and behaviors have an important role on promoting the psychological health; especially the role of sports behaviors on promoting the psychological health is greater.
