The mechanical trade-oriented training program, for talents majoring in mechanical and minoring in business, is proposed in this paper to meet the enterprises´ employment demand. Based on the analysis of talents´ demand of mechanical products trade in Ningbo area, the paper discusses teaching program design of talents training mode from the angle of teaching mode, teaching objective, curriculum system and minor arrangement, and further presents some concrete implementation contents from enrollment and education, and construction of inter-disciplinary curriculums, internship base, and teaching staff.
