Abstract
This paper attempts to establish a theoretical framework of multi-agents, multi-layers dynamic adaptive process model based on John Holland´s complex adaptive system theory. Further analysis explains the basic formative indicators and reflective indicators for measurement of adaptability. Finally, this paper points out the restricted factors of adaptability of Chinese private enterprises and ways to improve the adaptive capacity through innovation.
