Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Higher Vocational Education should be to foster Occupational Competency as the goal, Professional education as a carrier, to combine professional learning with Ability training. Around the SCM curriculum theory, practical features, Occupational Competency for the guiding ideology of teaching reform, combined with the actual work itself, teaching content Optimization, innovative "product-oriented, ability to progressive" teaching mode, create a virtual Laboratory, evaluation and examination reform, which effectively improve Occupational Competency of students.
