With the developing of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, many Chinese enterprises assume the traffic infrastructure\´s construction. The demand of international engineering and technical talents is growing. According to our academy\´s regional advantage and speciality characteristic, we explore and implement the new training mode for international engineering and technical talents, namely project-oriented "\´specialist\´+ senior workers + minority languages in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Laos, Thai) ".On the process of training, we integrate academy with enterprises ,domestic with foreign related resources to increase students\´ ability, make our graduates to be outstanding international talents, and reach the goal of talents education.
