Abstract :
With the progress of Internet in both business world and peoples´ life, e-recruitment has become popular. However, little research has been conducted to explore the drivers of e-recruitment from the viewpoint of individual jobseekers. This study proposed a research model to explore the determinants of e-recruitment adoption by incorporating trust into the original technology acceptance model(TAM). Further empirical study is needed to investigate the validity of the proposed research model.
