According to the needs of quality control for graduate training, the model of graduate training quality-planning guarantee serviced to the college is researched. The target of the model is to meet the quality demand of graduate, and the foundation of the model is the theory of QFD. Combined with the training system of college graduate and based on level evolution decomposition and layer-by-layer mapping, control targets and selection strategies of control methods are determined, which provides a theory for the practice of graduate training quality management and enriches the theoretical system of graduate training quality studies.
