Abstract :
To improve the un-linearity of three -phase PV grid-connected inverter, a new SVPWM controller based on ANN is presented firstly, so the high voltage utilization ratio can be got. By using Double-mode modulation based on limited trajectories secondly, the PV grid-connected inverter can be operated very well in over-modulation mode as well as in under-modulation mode. Lastly, the simulation model of three -phase PV grid-connected inverter based on ANN-SVPWM has been built, the results show that ANN-SVPWM in Double-mode modulation based on limit trajectories during over-modulation period can get features simplicity, high efficiency and excellent control effects.
