Abstract :
Based on the grey system theory and bootstrap theory and by the more- than- one- year analysis of the experimental data of friction torque, we separately predict the fifth´s and the eighth year´s friction torque and their own fluctuant interval, and we can also offer the forecast errors and the confidence level. Many studies on the experiments of components and flywheels´ life span have shown that the confidence level in the 5 years is above 95% and still above 93% in the 8 years. Flywheel´s friction torque will change from 0.2778 to 0.3509 and the component´s friction torque from 0.1799 to 0.2729. The maximum of relative error of the forecasting result is 0.55%.
