Abstract :
The paper introduces RC4 stream ciper which is widely used in the TLS/SSL protocol and several weaknesses in the algorithm of RC4. In order to enhance the security of RC4, the paper proposes a new pseudo-random bit generator, which is based on RC4. This improved RC4 has destroyed the foundation of many attacks on RC4 and has more internal states than RC4. The new algorithm is realized by software and the experimental results show that the output stream are random and it is faster than RC4.
