  • Abstract
    The authors describe a new development in relaying hardware and philosophy. Details are given of a prototype design capable of being assembled and configured by an electric utility and results of tests on this prototype using the RTDS at the Manitoba HVDC Research Centre are presented. The project is a joint effort between the University of Manitoba and Manitoba Hydro
