Abstract :
Water distribution system is an important urban infrastructure. The security of water distribution system had drawn much attention from companies and research. This paper is going to study the optimization of the off-line and on-line monitoring points to protect the safety of water distribution system. The theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted to evaluate practical accidents of water supply system. A practical application has been applied and evaluated in Harbin.
