Abstract :
In this paper, we study a class predator-prey two-species model with Holling II type functional response and mutual interference for predator and smith growth for prey. The stability of equilibrium, the sufficient conditions of nonexistence and conditions of the existence and uniqueness of the limit cycle around the positive equilibrium of the system are discussed. which improve some known results.
